Winter landscapes

WINTER is just around the corner!

Look at these beautiful landscapes...the fourth graders made them thinking about winter and using blues to make the image colder.

WARM AND COLD COLOURS

STEPS:

1. Draw some circles with the compass (2 cm, 4cm, 6cm...).

2. Draw your left/right hand on it.

3. Use a black felt-tip pen to trace the lines.

4. Decide what should be painted in warm or cold colours (hand or circles).

5. Colour with wax crayons (warm: red, yellow, orange / cold: blue, purple, green).

6. Use a brush to varnish your artwork.

ART MATERIAL NEEDED:

- Compass

- Pencil and rubber.

- Ruler

- Wax Crayons

- Varnish

- Brush
